Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Decide For Us, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s standard end-user license terms may also apply to your download and use through the App Store.

What the app provides

Decide For Us helps users explore choices, nearby places, events, date ideas, and trip-planning suggestions. Results are suggestions for convenience and entertainment, not guarantees, professional advice, reservations, or endorsements.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you use an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and promptly notifying support about suspected unauthorized access.

Location, places, and third-party information

Recommendations may rely on your selections, permitted location, and information supplied by third parties. Place details, distance, hours, availability, prices, events, safety conditions, accessibility, and other facts can be incomplete or change without notice. Confirm important information directly with the venue or provider before traveling, purchasing, or participating.

Safe and lawful use

You are responsible for your decisions and activities. Do not use the app while driving or in a way that distracts you from your surroundings. Follow local laws, venue rules, travel guidance, age restrictions, and safety requirements. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the app to violate rights or law.

Premium subscriptions and purchases

Optional Premium features may be offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and other transaction details shown in Apple’s purchase flow control the purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account within the period Apple specifies. Apple processes payments, cancellations, and refunds. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Intellectual property

Decide For Us, including its software, design, branding, text, and original content, is owned by Modern Methods or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose under these terms.

User feedback and content

You retain rights you may have in content you submit. You grant Modern Methods the rights reasonably needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. If you send feedback or ideas, Modern Methods may use them without restriction or compensation, provided this does not override rights that cannot legally be waived.

Third-party services and links

The app may use or link to App Store, maps, places, events, travel, analytics, authentication, hosting, or other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Modern Methods is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, conduct, or transactions.

Service changes and availability

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and the app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, technical, or third-party reasons. Modern Methods does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decide For Us is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or that recommendations will meet your expectations. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Methods and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, personal decisions, travel costs, or losses arising from third-party places, events, content, or services. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. Modern Methods may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with law, including for material violation of these terms. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Modern Methods is established, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or rights available where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.
