Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Decide For Us account and the personal data associated with it without reinstalling the app.
This page applies to the Decide For Us app provided by Modern Methods.
How to submit a deletion request
Email your request
Send an email from the address connected to your account to support@modernmethods.it.com with the subject “Delete My Decide For Us Account.”
Identify the account
Include the email address or sign-in method associated with the account. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification unless support specifically explains a secure and necessary verification method.
Complete verification
Modern Methods may ask you to confirm account ownership to protect your data from an unauthorized deletion request.
Receive confirmation
Support will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if limited information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
Removing Decide For Us from your device does not by itself submit an account-deletion request.
What will be deleted
After a verified request, Modern Methods will delete or de-identify account information and app data associated with the account that it controls, such as saved preferences, favorites, plans, and related profile information, subject to the exceptions below.
Information that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, or enforcement of agreements. Data already aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably identify you may also be retained.
Subscriptions and App Store records
Deleting a Decide For Us account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Apple controls its own purchase and account records under Apple’s policies.
Questions or partial data requests
If you want to delete only certain information, correct account information, or ask what data is associated with your account, email support and describe the request.
